Tern Sidekick Flat Bars Gen 3

The Sidekick Flat Bars are seatpost-mounted handhold bars that give your rear passenger a sturdy, height-adjustable grip. Mount them to the seatpost, set the desired height and angle for your passenger, and go — the lower-profile alternative to the Sidekick Joyride Bars Gen 3 for setups where you want a simpler, more compact handhold rather than the full U-shaped cabin feel.

The Gen 3 update brings improved ergonomic grips, broader seatpost compatibility (30.9–34.9 mm), and an integrated BioLogic T-Tool with 4/5/6 mm Allen keys for on-the-go adjustments. They suit big-kid passengers (approximately 130 cm or taller, sitting unaided) and adult passengers alike. Note: a lower saddle height may affect usability, since the bars mount to the seatpost.

Pair with the Captain’s Chair Gen 2 for a comfortable adult or big-kid passenger seat, or combine with the Clubhouse Seat Pad and Clubhouse Backrest for a simpler kid-carrying setup.
