The Tender is Urban Arrow’s largest cargo bike — a three-wheel platform designed to replace a small van on last-mile work. The two front wheels give it the stability to carry serious weight, while the low loading area and Bosch power keep it manageable in traffic and easy to load at the kerb.

Stable, strong and steady under load

Three wheels change everything when you’re fully loaded: the Tender stays planted and level, doesn’t need balancing at a standstill, and handles kerbs and tight turns with the cargo low and settled between the wheels.

Dual hydraulic disc brakes on the front and a hydraulic disc at the rear give strong, controlled stopping with a heavy load on board — important when you’re moving up to 300 kg through city traffic.
