Cancellation policy

Some of our bikes are available to pre-order. A pre-order lets you reserve and begin a build before the bike is in stock.

How pre-orders work

For us, a pre-order is a made-to-order build — the bike is prepared and assembled to your specification. When you place a pre-order, we take a 50% deposit at checkout, with the balance due before the bike is dispatched or collected. We'll confirm the details with you at the time.

Cancelling a pre-order

Because a pre-ordered bike is built to your requirements, the 14-day change-of-mind right that applies to standard online purchases doesn't apply to it, and the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
