Tern Storm Box

The Storm Box transforms the back of the Tern GSD or Quick Haul Long into a weather-protected space — built either for two children riding in a covered, cosy environment, or for hauling up to 160 litres of cargo without worrying about the rain. The load limit is 25 kg per side.

Two lids are included. The lockable, water-resistant Cargo Lid keeps shopping, kit and valuables dry and out of sight. The Kid Lid cinches around young passengers to keep them warm in winter, with or without child seats fitted. The Storm Box also catches the mittens, sippy cups and teddy bears that would otherwise vanish over the side.

For full all-weather protection, add the Storm Shield Gen 3 to create the Clubhouse Fort — Tern’s complete weather-resistant passenger compartment. Installation depends on the bike: on the GSD Gen 3 and Quick Haul Long, it requires the Clubhouse Gen 3 and Stow Decks. On the GSD Gen 2, it requires the Clubhouse+ (or Clubhouse Gen 3) and the Sidekick Wide Decks.
