Tern Clubhouse Mini Gen 2

The Clubhouse Mini Gen 2 is the passenger rail that turns the rear rack of the Tern HSD or Quick Haul into a defined space for one child — something for a passenger to hold on to and be enclosed by, and a practical cargo carrier on the days nobody is riding on the back.

Two things are new in this generation. A side latch releases one of the bars, which lifts so a child can climb in rather than being lifted over the rail — a small change on paper and a noticeable one on a wet school run. A new round bar at the back also makes it compatible with reclining child seats, worth knowing if your passenger tends to fall asleep on the way home.

The Clubhouse Mini is the anchor point for the rest of the setup. Add the Storm Box Mini Gen 2 for lower-body weather protection, the Clubhouse Seat Pad and Clubhouse Backrest for carrying a child without a child seat, and the Sidekick Footrests Gen 3 for foot support. The DuoStand Gen 3 is worth having if you are loading a child on and off several times a day.
