Tern Hardshell Hauler

The Hardshell Hauler is a lockable, waterproof hard-shell case that mounts at the front of the Tern HSD, holding 26 litres and up to 15 kg — a laptop bag, a small shop, or the things you would rather not leave strapped to a rack in the rain.

The difference between this and a pannier or a soft bag is that it stays shut and locked when you walk away from the bike — the lock is a built-in combination, so there is no extra key to carry. If your day involves stopping in more than one place, that is the whole point of it.

Mounts at the front, so it carries independently of whatever is happening on the rear rack — useful if a passenger is already occupying the back. Compatibility varies by model and generation, so check with us before ordering, or view all Tern HSD accessories.
