Tern Cargo Hold 28 Pannier

The Cargo Hold 28 is the everyday pannier in the Tern range — the one that lives on your bike for the school run, the office commute and the quick shop, rather than coming out only for the big weekly haul. Sold individually, so you can run one on each side or just the side you need.

It holds 28 litres and up to 9 kg — enough for a couple of bags of shopping, a work backpack or your kid’s sports gear. The waterproof inner liner and rolltop closure keep things dry in British weather, and the Fidlock magnetic buckle opens with one pull. When you are not carrying anything, the whole thing folds flat against the rack so the bike stays slim for parking and rolling.

One genuinely useful detail: unlike the larger Cargo Hold 37 panniers, the Cargo Hold 28 can stay closed even with a child seat fitted on the Tern HSD, Quick Haul or Short Haul — so you get full weather protection for your stuff and a bit more legroom for your passenger.

Made from 1000D bluesign-approved nylon for genuine durability, with reflective decals for low-light visibility. Compatible with the HSD, Quick Haul, Short Haul, Tern GSD (Gen 1 and 2) and the NBD.
