Tern Cargo Hold 72 Panniers

The Cargo Hold 72 panniers are the biggest in the Tern range — built for the Orox adventure cargo bike and designed to handle several days’ worth of bike touring gear, weekly grocery hauls, or the kind of trip where you genuinely cannot tell in advance what you will need to carry. 144 litres across the pair, with a 20 kg load limit per bag.

Three modes give you the flexibility to adapt as you go. Pannier Mode keeps everything dry and dirt-free for paved riding and longer journeys. Bucket Mode opens the bags wide for bulky or oddly-shaped cargo. FlatFold tucks them away against the rack when not in use. The Fidlock magnetic buckle opens with one pull, even with gloves on.

Built from sustainably-made and bluesign-approved 1000D nylon, with full waterproofing for genuine year-round use. If you are heading off-road, Tern recommends reducing the maximum load by approximately 50 % on unpaved surfaces — worth knowing before you set off on a more adventurous route.
