Moustache Dimanche

The Dimanche is Moustache’s light, sporty line — bikes that keep the natural feel of a proper bicycle, with the assistance kept deliberately discreet. They run Bosch’s light Performance Line SX motor and a slim battery, so they stay well under the weight of a typical e-bike and ride like a bike you’d happily pedal with the motor off. It’s the Moustache for people who want the boost without losing the ride.

There are two directions. The Dimanche 28 Urban is the agile, lightweight city commuter, in a sporty step-over or an easy step-through frame; the Dimanche 29.2 is the light, flat-bar gravel bike for longer days off the tarmac. Both are made in France, and both are built to be ridden, not just powered.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between the Dimanche 28 and 29.2?

The 28 Urban is set up for the city, with wide urban tyres, a dropper post and full commuting kit. The 29.2 is the gravel bike — flat bar, Maxxis gravel tyres — happier on towpaths and country lanes. Both are light for a fully-equipped e-bike, around 20 kg, and share the Bosch SX motor and a 400 Wh battery.

Are the Dimanche bikes really that light?

Yes — the compact SX motor and slim 400 Wh battery keep them to around 20 kg, light for a fully-equipped e-bike. That’s what gives them their agile, bicycle-like feel and makes them easy to lift onto a rack or carry up steps.

Can I add more range?

Yes — the 400 Wh battery can be topped up to 650 Wh with the Bosch PowerMore range extender, useful for longer commutes or weekend rides.
