Urban Arrow Cargo

The Urban Arrow Cargo is the business end of the range — a front-loading electric cargo bike built to replace the delivery van in the city. It comes in two lengths, L and XL, and takes a modular front box you choose to match your trade.

A Bosch motor moves heavy loads from a standstill and up hills, with stepless Enviolo or Rohloff gears, a Gates carbon belt and strong hydraulic disc brakes. Depending on the box, it carries from around 260 up to 600-plus litres, with a gross weight up to roughly 275 kg.

Built to replace the van

The Cargo is Urban Arrow’s professional delivery bike, used across the city by independents and large fleets alike. It does the last mile faster than a van — through traffic, down cycle lanes and into streets a vehicle can’t easily reach — and parks right at the door.

Choose L or XL depending on how much you move: the L carries around 260 to 300 litres, the XL up to 600 and beyond, both with a gross weight up to roughly 275 kg including rider and load.

Choose the box for the job

The Cargo is modular, so you pick the front frame that fits your work: an open toploader for quick loading, a durable flightcase with honeycomb walls that shrug off knocks, a sealed, weatherproof aluminium box, or a bare flatbed for your own crates.

Need to keep things cold or hot? Insulated options handle the cold chain. And because each box is a flat canvas, it’s prime space for your branding as you ride across town.

Strong, stable and built to keep working

A low, central load keeps the Cargo planted even fully laden, and the Bosch motor pulls away smoothly from a standstill and climbs hills without drama. Hydraulic disc brakes give controlled stopping with a heavy load on board.

Low-maintenance Enviolo or Rohloff gears and a Gates carbon belt mean no chain to oil and very little downtime — the bike stays earning rather than sitting in the workshop.

It depends on the size and box. The Cargo L carries around 260 to 300 litres and the XL up to 600 and beyond, both with a gross weight up to roughly 275 kg including rider and load. With modular boxes — toploader, flightcase, sealed aluminium or flatbed — you match the volume and protection to your trade.

Length and capacity. The L is around 274 cm and suits most inner-city rounds; the XL is around 294 cm and carries significantly more volume for bulkier loads. Both share the same motor, gears and box options, so you choose the size that fits your deliveries.

A Bosch motor — Performance Line or the 85 Nm Cargo Line — with up to 400% assistance for moving heavy loads. You can choose stepless Enviolo gears for smooth everyday shifting or the Rohloff Speedhub for maximum durability, both paired with a low-maintenance Gates carbon belt.

A Bosch PowerPack covers a typical day of deliveries, with real range depending on load, terrain, weather and assistance. A dual-battery setup roughly doubles it for longer or busier rounds, and we can talk you through realistic figures for your routes.
