If you have asked about a test ride, we will sort out a time and have the bike ready before you arrive — saddle at roughly the right height, tyres up, everything where it should be. It makes more difference than people expect.

If your question is about a particular model, a configuration or a lead time, you will get a proper answer rather than a holding note. That occasionally takes a little longer. It usually saves an email.
